Just 4 Designers

I’m trying to learn japanese and I would like to type in the Phonetic alphabet, but am having a hard time finding fonts that would let me do so. Any ideas? I know a lot of the newer computers come with them already, but unfortunately I’m using a dinosaur from the late 90s.

I use to have the link to a website but i had to get my laptop fix so all my fonts are gone
