So i have tried so many different (i suppose free) fonts and the text always looks so UN-professional. Whereas i look at a pro(ish) logo and it looks so easy yet i just can’t reproduce the like.
Are the free fonts just not very good compared to payed for fonts or what is the deal?

…i need a free typeface with at least 5 variations (family) that looks like the Soho typeface…. the family of 40 fonts costs almost $2,000….. but i just need it for a homework project due this monday (in 2 days!!!!)

Now how do I use them? You cannnot transfer them into the fonts folder like you do for XP…
