Just 4 Designers

As I say the company is called “need couriers” I’ve done about 4 designs so far involving vans and circles with swooshes one towards the other but none have been accepted!
Anyone got any ideas they’d like to share to help me out?!
I’m an experienced designer btw, just need some out of the box help for this one!

Its a dance company called ‘Whispers’ - they make tailored prom dresses, evening dresses and dance dresses. Any ideas for a subtle, simple and elegant logo??

It is in fact not so easy to make a logo for my business card.

i am a new photographer and i am going to graduate in may. i want to start making business cards and leave-behinds. i need a logo but im having trouble designing one. i just need a little inspiration.

makin a band logo, for a rock band named section 8, and i wuz wonderin if yall knew were i could find som tatto work or sumthin close, to git inspiration.

I’m a graphic Designer and keen to know what you do for inspiration for the next big (or small) project.
I’m a bit of a typography geek, I love street art (Dash / Bansky etc.), and have a thing for harsh vector shapes.
But I do find Logo Design and other ‘corporate’ themed designs challenging.
So what actions do you take to really churn out quality work? Do you sketch? Do ideas come to you in random places? Do you lock yourself away with music for a while??
What gets you going as an artist?

A friend of mine is looking for inspiration for the logo for her new ‘phone-related’ business. She was hoping to use an image of a telephone in the logo.
She looked through the images on an ‘image stock website’ which has a collection of thousands of images, and lets you use it’s images for general use, if you pay a small fee.
On the website she saw a fabulous illustration of a living room that a graphic artist had drawn, and this picture contained a quirky image of a telephone. When she asked the website if they would mind if she chopped out the pic of the phone to use in her logo they said no. The forbid using their pics for logos.
She doesn’t want to breech any terms or copyright laws but she is now wondering if it would be legal for her to find a graphic designer to copy the design of this phone for use in her logo - either similar or identical.
Would either of these option be legal?

I’m frustrated and I need some ideas to get back into what I love doing
“Drawing” any ideas?
For the past three months I’ve been on and off drawing then it just stopped. I use to produce 3-5 pictures a day, I’ve tried picking up a pencil and draw something on paper nothing, I’ve tried looking for inspiration in other peoples drawings nothing worked. The reason why I’m looking for help now is because i’ll be attending a Graphic Design College course in September, and I need to grasp onto my creative side soon if not I’ll have alot of difficulties.
I draw alot of fantasy pictures,worlds, landscape, animals and anime.

What do you think would be the most worthwhile degree?:

About me:
I am very ambitious and creative with a desire to be self employed. I have many ideas, ranging from business to inventions. I have various spurts of inspiration for inventions (flashes of a product or idea) and there have been countless times when my ideas come into production long after I have thought of them(which is very frustrating but nobodies fault but my own) I am also interested in psychology, human behavior, and anything related to humor. I am more of a self learner and I have a genetic artistic ability with the “artists eye”
My faults (which I am currently working on) are that of many artistic type of people: unorganized, procrastination, problem with finishing, racing mind that jumps from project to project.
….and undeceive. I have changed my degree way to many times…Help!!!
